Work your way through the “Half Primary” series. A sequence of postures repeated each class using the Tristana method — breath, posture, and gaze.

The Ashtanga yoga primary series is a vigorous sequence of posture linked by breath (vinyasa). Come to our asana and pranayama practice, to prepare our bodies and minds to approach the other six limbs of the ancient Ashtanga method — our yoga “off the mat.”
